A famous global fashion luxury company is looking to hire a FP&A Manager. This is a new headcount due to business expansion.Key Responsibilities:Budget Cycle Management and financial controlling : - Lead budget & forecast cycles Fashion Division in liaison with all the parties involved (global and local), demonstrating the leadership and coordination skill throughout the process, ensuring timely and accurate P&L calculation and submission.- Become a single point of contact for the Global Fashion Division for finance topics for Japan- Monitor the financial KPIs and the balance of assets (fixed assets, inventory, etc.) to support CFO and Global Fashion Division to manage the current assets of the company- Lead the preparation of management presentations and present financial part during the local and global meetings.- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives aiming for the improvement of accuracy and efficiency of financial estimations and planningprocesses.Business Partnering : - Gain a deep understanding of the luxury fashion retail business in Japan and provide financial analysis and insights to both local management and global finance partners.- Perform ad hoc financial analysis on business topics, case studies, and scenario-based simulations, including ROI of new boutique investment project and risks and opportunities identification.#LI-Hybrid#LI-KN

求められる経験
• 5-10 years of working experience as FP&A analyst/manager at the multinational companies
• Industrial experience at luxury/retail/FMCG is a big plus
